Ingredients :

1 package white frosting mix
5 tablespoons soft butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons hot water
1/2 cup chopped candied fruit or 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 package chocolate fudge frosting mix

Directions:

1. Combine the frosting mix with soft butter, flour, water and if desired, chopped fruit or nuts.

2. Knead 20-30 times on board or space that is lightly dusted with confectioners sugar.

3. Divide and shape into 8 eggs; chill.

4. Heat a pan or bowl of water til it is hot. Put fudge frosting in a bowl and set in the hot water to keep it dipping consistency, but not to dry it out.

5. Dipping egg shape into the melted frosting, ending with a swirl on top.

6. Set the dipped egg on waxed paper to dry.

7. Decorate the dried egg with white frosting mix tinted with pastel colors or with the prepared decorator gels or frostings available at your grocery store.
