Cinnamon Sippin’ Cider

Just a perfect drink after a fun outdoor exploration in the winter weather. Ummmm, warm, tasty and no added sugar!

Ingredients:

3 cups apple cider or apple juice
1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
8 inches stick cinnamon, broken


Directions:

1. In a saucepan, combine apple cider or apple juice, cranberry juice cocktail, and stick cinnamon.

2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

3. Simmer, uncovered, for five minutes.

4. Remove stick cinnamon.

5. You can serve this warm or chilled.

Yield: Makes 4 (8 oz.) servings.
