Creamy Delight Cups
This is a very super simple dessert or snack that the kids can make for their guests. Nothing easier than Jell-O and ice cream! And the creative combinations are nearly limitless.
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (4 serving-size) Jell-O Gelatin Dessert, any flavor
1 cup of boiling water
1 cups of ice cream
Directions:
1. Dissolve the gelatin dessert in boiling water. Cool in refrigerator about 10 minutes.
2. Whisk in ice cream.
3. Pour into individual dissert cups, chill until set ... about 30 minutes.
Yield: approx. 6 servings.
Be creative with your jell-o and ice cream combinations. You could also substitute frozen yogurt for ice cream.
