Fall Fun: Sparkle Punch

Here's a neat idea for a punch to celebrate autumn. This is the cold version, but you could warm this up as well. Don’t forget to get the kids involved and let them do all of the measuring and preparation.

Ingredients:

2/3 cup Tang powdered breakfast orange drink mix
4 cups cold water
2 cups ginger ale
1 pint orange sherbet

Directions:

1. Dissolve the drink mix in water in pitcher and refrigerate.

2. Stir in ginger ale just before serving.

3. Top each serving with a small scoop of sherbet.

Variations:
*Add frozen maraschino cherries.
*Add frozen mandarin orange slices.

Note: if you do not have access to the brand name “Tang” you may use any pre-sweetened, powdered orange drink mix.
