Edible Art: Granola Clay

This is really fun and easy. All ages seemed to like this project. Its also a healthy snack!


Ingredients:

˝ cup maple-flavored syrup
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky style)
2 cups instant dry (aka powdered) milk
1 cup granola

Directions:

1. Combine the syrup and peanut butter in a mixing bowl.

2. Add the instant milk and granola.

3. Knead the mixture until it is reasonably “smooth.”

You can then form and eat your snack.

In the winter you can build some 'snowmen' indoors by rolling the clay into balls and then rolling the balls in shredded coconut.
