Fall Fun: Pumpkin Pie Cake
This is a fun project that the kids will love. Think of gingerbread, only not... its more like pumpkin bread, yet it's still a cake.
Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 med. (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 box cake mix
Directions:
Mix above all together and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1 cake mix on top, yellow or spice. Pour 2 sticks of melted oleo on top and 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
