Edible Snow
Here's a "cool" and fun way of celebrating cooler weather.
Ingredients:
2 c. whipped topping
3/4 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 lg. mashed bananas
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Mix all of the above ingredients together.
2. Put in dish and freeze to desired consistency.
3. To serve, remove from freezer and allow to thaw enough so that it can be scooped out of dish.
4. Serve in chilled glass or plastic bowls with cold spoons.
