Celebrating St. Patrick's Day:
Green Jello Fluff
March 17th will be here before you know it. Here's a nutrition snack or dessert to have while celebrating St. Patrick's Day.
Ingredients:
1 container cottage cheese -- (12 oz.)
1 large container of whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip is one name brand)
1 can crushed pineapple -- drained
1 small box Jello -- (lime)
Directions:
Mix together and chill. (You may substitute mandarin oranges and orange Jello for the pineapple and lime Jello.)
Serving suggestion: After mixing the ingredients, pour them into a shamrock shaped cake pan or jello mold for chilling.
