Fall Fun:
Stained Glass Pumpkin Cookies
This is so fun and easy that they kids will beg to do them all the time for all different occasions ... and just "because!" I've even used the sugar-free candy for the "glass" and it works just as well.
Ingredients:
Packaged Sugar Cookie dough
Hard Candies – crushed
Directions:
1. Crush hard candies into tiny pieces.
2. Slice cookie dough into circles, or shape into circles.
3. Cut out eyes, mouth, nose.
4. Add hard candy pieces into cut out areas.
5. Bake as per instructions on package and watch closely!
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before moving them to completely cool. And please be careful, the melted candy is very, very hot!!!
