Fall Fun:
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Now this is a tasty combination that you don't normally see. Let the kids do the measuring and baking and watch their face when they bite into their creations! Yum yum!!
Ingredients and Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl cream together
-- 1 c. butter
-- 3/4 c. sugar
-- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2. Add to mixture
-- 1 egg
-- 1 tsp. vanilla
3. In another mixing bowl combine
-- 2 c. flour
-- 1 tsp. baking soda
-- 1 tsp. cinnamon
4. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients together and slowly add 1 c. canned pumpkin
5. Fold in as many chocolate chips as you want.
6. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes or until lightly browned.
