Homemade Gifts: Smelly Jelly
Here’s another fun, homemade gift to make for the holiday season. You can purchase the liquid potpourri at a local discount store.
Ingredients:
2 C. liquid potpourri
4 envelopes Knox gelatin
2 T. vodka or 2 T. salt
Directions:
1. Bring l cup of the liquid potpourri to boil.
2. Stir in gelatin, and stir until dissolved.
3. Add remaining liquid and vodka or salt. This keeps it from molding.
4. Pour into jelly jars.
5. Put a small doily or netting over the top, and tie with raffia or a thin ribbon.
