Raspberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 c. fresh raspberries
1 pint half-and-half
1 c. sugar
1 t. lemon juice

Directions:

1. Crush the berries and put sugar over them.

2. Let stand at room temperature at least one hour, then mix in half-and-half and the lemon juice.

3. Chill, crank, and freeze.
