Diabetic-Ice Cream Recipe

In honor of July being National Ice Cream Month, today’s recipe is "Diabetic Ice Cream". Ingredients:

8 oz Pet Lite Milk
4 pk Sugar Substitute
1 ts Vanilla

ADD ONE OF THE FOLLOWING

2 ea Peach, peeled and diced
1 ea Banana, mashed
4 sl Pineapple with juice
8 oz Orange Juice
2 c Strawberries, crushed

Directions:

1. Mix all together and put in freezer of refrigerator until hardened.

2. Remove - break up - put in blender and whip until creamy.

3. Serve.

4. Can also be made in one of the small electric machines, or one of those that goes in freezer.
