Toadstools

Here is a safe, edible snack. You make the toadstools! This treats would go really well with a study of forests, frogs, or other off-beat plant studies. They could also go with a lit study on the “Frog and Toad” series. Ingredients:

1 Saltine cracker
1 Small piece of Hershey bar
1 teaspoon Peanut butter
˝ of a large marshmallow

Directions:

1. Spread peanut butter on saltine cracker.

2. Top with Hershey bar piece and marshmallow.

3. Microwave 20 seconds.

Adults will get just as big a kick out of these as the kids! Careful, you can’t eat just one.
