Fun Food: Apple Caramel Milkshakes

Mmmmmm! This is definitely a yummy... and healthy... snack that the kids will love to make.

Ingredients:

3 cups frozen yogurt, vanilla
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup caramel topping

Directions:

Place the yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and topping in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
