Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice

Here's a simple recipe for making homemade pumpkin pie spice. This can be used for Pumpkin Pie Spice Ornaments or as a simple, but useful, home ec lesson.

Ingredients:
4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 teaspoon Allspice
1 teaspoon Nutmeg

Note: After you have used this recipe a couple of times, you can vary it to suit your taste.

Directions:

1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.

2. Store in an airtight container.

Tip: Keep and wash an empty spice container with a shaker top. Mark a label with Pumpkin Spice and place on container.
