Ingredients:
2 cup peeled, chopped Rome apples (about 2 medium)
1 cup cranberries
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a non-aluminum saucepan. Place over
high
heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and
simmer
