Bread Machine: Blueberry Bread

Nice blueberry flavor with a dense texture. Let your children help you make this delicious bread. They can puree frozen berries or use pureed blueberry baby food if you can find it.

Ingredients are for a small loaf.

Cycle: white, sweet
Setting: light

Ingredients:

2/3 cup blueberry puree
1 egg
2 T. butter/margarine
2 T. sugar
1/4 t. salt
2 cups bread flour
1 t. yeast

Follow your machine's directions, placing ingredients in the machine in the proper order. Set your cycle and setting and process per owner's manual.
