Bread Machine: Apple Chunk Bread

Here's a nice healthy bread with no processed sugars. The sweetening comes from apple juice, apple chunks, and honey. Always be sure and list the ingredients on homemade, edible gifts so that the person receiving it can check for food allergies and sensitivies before they take the first bite.

Ingredients are for a small loaf.

Cycle: white, sweet
Setting: medium

Ingredients:

3/4 cup apple juice
2 T. honey
1/3 t. salt
1/3 t. cinnamon
1/2 cup oats 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 t. yeast
- - - - - - - - - -
1/2 cup diced, peeled apples

Follow your machine's directions, placing ingredients in the machine in the proper order. Set your cycle and setting and process per owner's manual.
