Bread Machine: Orange Nut Bread
You could use any nuts in this recipe and still come up with a winner! Or, if you are allergic to nuts try substituting them with raisins or dried cranberries. Always be sure and list the ingredients on homemade, edible gifts so that the person receiving it can check for food allergies and sensitivies before they take the first bite.
Ingredients are for a small loaf.
Cycle: white, sweet
Setting: light
Ingredients:
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 T. orange juice concentrate
2 T. honey
1/3 t. salt
1/4 to 1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 cup oats
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 t. yeast

1/4 cup chopped nuts
Follow your machine's directions, placing ingredients in the machine in the proper order. Set your cycle and setting and process per owner's manual.
